Acceptance of Terms

By using EuroPark services (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, we recommend that you do not use our service.

Service Description

We provide parking reservation services near Sarajevo International Airport ("SJJ"), including:

• Online parking reservation
• Free transfer to/from the airport on request
• Safe and responsible vehicle storage

Reservations and Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the start of the reservation
• Late vehicle pickup is charged at 10 KM per day for each additional day
• Payment is made in cash, exclusively in BAM after parking or upon vehicle pickup

User Obligations

The user is required to:

• Provide all information accurately and truthfully
• Hold a valid driving licence
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Comply with public order and conduct rules
• Collect the vehicle at the scheduled time

Liability

• We are not liable for damage caused by:
  • External factors (natural disasters, extreme weather conditions)
  • Theft or vehicle damage beyond our control
  • Delays not resulting from our negligence
• We commit to:
  • Ensuring adequate security measures
  • Free transfer to/from the airport on request
  • Providing a reservation confirmation
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment

• Prices are listed in convertible marks (BAM)
• Reference prices are listed in euros (EUR)
• We accept exclusively cash payment on-site
• No advance deposit is required

Other Provisions

• Disputes are resolved under the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Use of the service for illegal purposes is prohibited
• We reserve the right to refuse service without explanation
