When and how do I pay?

Payment for EuroPark parking services is made after parking your vehicle. Payment is in cash in the KM currency.

What if I exceed my time?

If you do not pick up your vehicle by the agreed date, each additional day is charged at 10KM (5€).

What happens in case of damage?

Your vehicle in our parking lot is completely safe; we guarantee the protection of your vehicle. In case of unforeseen situations beyond our control that damage your vehicle, we are not liable for the costs. For more detailed information, please read the Terms of Service.

How do I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation by call or message 3 days before the start of your reservation.
